About The KF Menu

The KF Menu is an independent reference for KFC’s menu in the United States: every item’s reference price, calories, protein, sodium and declared allergens, the value arithmetic that follows from them, and the guides people actually search for, from the $10 Bucket of the Day to whether a restaurant takes EBT. The site tracks 149 items across 19 category boards, and 54 guide and comparison pages are built from the same data. Every figure carries a review date, and every page says where its facts come from.

Why the site exists

Most menu-price sites copy each other. A promotional price gets recorded as a standing price, a calorie figure drifts as it is retyped from one site to the next, and nothing carries a date, so a reader cannot tell a current figure from one that expired two years ago. This site works the other way around. Nutrition comes from KFC’s own published nutrition guide. Reference prices come from KFC’s app and website listings on a dated review. Anything the official sources do not publish is either computed from published components, with the arithmetic shown, or stated as an estimate with a range. When a figure moves, the move is logged with the date on the price change log.

What the numbers mean

A reference price is the national figure on the review date. Franchise operators set final prices, so the same item can cost a little more or less at your restaurant, and the app shows the exact figure once a location is chosen. The value grade on single-serving items is a computed money-per-nutrition measure across the whole menu, explained in full on the price methodology page. Family formats are measured per head rather than graded, since a bucket has no single serving. Items that leave the national menu keep their pages, marked as off the current board, because a reader who saw one last year deserves the record.

Independence

The KF Menu is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by KFC Corporation or Yum! Brands. KFC and related marks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products described. The site takes no payment for coverage, placement or verdicts; if advertising appears, it is marked as advertising and never touches a figure. The editorial policy sets out how pages are written and updated, and the corrections policy says how errors are handled.

Corrections

Reference data contains errors, and the useful response is to fix them quickly and visibly. If a price, a figure or an availability note on this site does not match what you see at a restaurant or in the app, the contact page is the fastest route; a photo of the menu board or the app screen settles most reports the same day.
