KFC New & Limited Time Menu
KFC’s current new-and-limited slate, as of 31 August 2026: the Hot Ranch line, six Double Crispy Hot Wings, two Hot Ranch Boxes, Loaded Wedges and the 4 oz Big Dip, launched 24 August with two cream sodas; the July return of popcorn chicken as a standing line with a Big Box and a $10 bucket; and the Dunk It Bucket and Mike's Hot Honey box still running. Every item dated, every status stated, because ‘limited time’ is the phrase stale listings are made of.
This hub exists because LTOs are where menu sites go to die: items launch, listings bloom, items retire, listings stay. Our approach is the opposite: every seasonal and new item carries its status plainly (seasonal run, LTO, permanent-track) and its audit date, and when something leaves the board its page will say so instead of haunting search results at a dead price.
The value ladder
The ladder ranks this board by the site’s value score, which weighs cents per calorie against dollars per 10 g of protein and the sodium load, then grades on the whole-menu curve. Hot Ranch Box: Wings & Sandwich leads this section: $13.49 for 1,780 calories and 60 g of protein, a grade of B+. Hot Ranch 6 pc. Hot Wings Combo sits at the bottom of the same ladder at 0.83¢ a calorie, which is the price of a fair build. The grade is a money-per-nutrition measure, not a verdict on taste; the picks table further down names the lightest and the lowest-sodium orders separately.
| Rank | Price | Calories | Cents per calorie | Dollars per 10 g protein | Grade |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1. |
$13.49 | 1,780 | 0.76¢ | $2.25 | B+ |
| 2. |
$12.49 | 1,520 | 0.82¢ | $2.01 | B+ |
| 3. |
$11.49 | 1,380 | 0.83¢ | $3.11 | B |
Top of the ladder for this board. Every figure is computed from the price and nutrition on the item’s own page; sauces, drinks and family formats are graded on their own pages where the units make sense.

Currently running
Limited time, launched 24 August 2026: the Hot Ranch line, the 6 pc. Hot Wings Combo at about $11.49, the Wings & Sandwich and Wings & Tenders boxes at $13.49 and $12.49, Loaded Wedges at $5.49 and the Hot Ranch Big Dip at $1.49, plus Pepsi Cream Soda and Dr Pepper Cream Soda on the fountain. New and standing: popcorn chicken returned in July as a menu line, with the combo, the Big Box and the $10 bucket, and the Loaded Smash'd Potato Bowl holds a bowls-menu slot. Still running from earlier cycles: the Dunk It Bucket at $7, the Mike's Hot Honey Tenders Box at $7, and the Snacker and Box Feast line from March, settled enough that their pages treat them as menu. Ended: the Chicken & Waffles line, the Korean BBQ and Nashville Hot flavor bowls, the Saucy sandwich and the Chizza; each page stays up, marked, with its last price and full nutrition.
How KFC’s cycles actually work
Three tracks, worth learning once: seasonal returners (waffles) come back on a roughly annual clock, each time slightly pricier; dessert LTOs run 8 to 16 week windows and rarely return; format expansions (Saucy, the bowls) launch as ‘limited’ and quietly graduate when they sell. Reading a new item’s track predicts its future better than any announcement does.
The graveyard rule
When an item leaves the board, its page here gets a dated retirement note, not deletion, not a ghost price. The internet’s LTO listings fail in one direction: they outlive their products. A reference site’s job is to know what time it is, and to say so on every page it keeps.
Calories across the board

Hot Wings Combo at 1,380, Hot Ranch Box: Wings & Tenders at 1,520 and Hot Ranch Box: Wings & Sandwich at 1,780; the heaviest three are Hot Ranch Box: Wings & Sandwich at 1,780, Hot Ranch Box: Wings & Tenders at 1,520 and Hot Ranch 6 pc. Hot Wings Combo at 1,380. The median sits at 1,520 calories. Every count is the published figure for the standard build; the item pages show what a drink swap or a sauce cup adds.
Picks by the numbers
The same board, read six ways. Each pick is the single best figure on its line among the items priced here, with the number that earned it.

Computed from the reference prices and published nutrition on each item page.
Allergens across the board
Across the 3 items on this board, 3 list wheat, 3 milk, 3 soy and 3 egg. Every item here declares at least one of the four. Shared fryers and prep surfaces mean cross-contact is possible for every item, so the list is a declaration, not a guarantee.

How to pay less on this board
- Check the box before the combo. A combo adds a medium drink and a side for roughly $3 to $4; the $7, $9 and $11 Box Feasts bundle more food for less, and the combos index ranks every bundle cheapest first.
- Order in the app, not through a delivery platform. App prices are the reference used on every page here, Rewards pays 10 points a dollar (roughly 4 to 6 percent back when redeemed on meal-tier items), and the exclusives feed refreshes weekly with attach deals that stack with the standing board. The app guide covers the machinery.
- Judge every deal against the standing floor. A complete meal starts at $4.99 on the board every day and family dinner at $4.00 a head; the deals page explains how the offer channels work so any coupon can be judged in ten seconds.
Ordering these for delivery
Delivery platforms list this board 15 to 35 percent above the counter price before the delivery fee, service fee and tip, so a family order lands 35 to 60 percent over its counter self. KFC’s own app with delivery keeps the menu closest to reference and is the only route that earns Rewards points. On the ride itself, the wings and loaded wedges are the fastest to soften; the Big Dip and cream sodas are fine. The delivery page has the measured markup table and the four routes ranked.

Is popcorn chicken back at KFC permanently?
It returned in July 2026 as a standing line rather than a promotion: à la carte, a combo, the Big Box and the $10 bucket. It is on the board as of this page’s audit date.
Is Chicken & Waffles coming back?
The 2026 run has ended and KFC has not announced a return. It has come back twice before; the pages keep their record for when it does.

Where do new items’ prices come from?
National reference pricing on the audit date, with the local spread noted where KFC lets franchises price a limited line themselves, as it does with Hot Ranch.
What are the KFC cream sodas?
Pepsi Cream Soda and Dr Pepper Cream Soda, limited fountain flavors launched with the Hot Ranch line, about 250 calories a medium at the standard fountain price.

Hot Ranch 6 pc. Hot Wings Combo at $11.49 is the cheapest listing on this board on the review date. Franchises set final prices, so the app for your store is the live check.
